We are happy to help create the perfect piece for you. Please use the contact form on our website with the style you are interested in and what size / customization you are interested in, and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I see these pieces in person?
Yes! NYC Jewelry has a selection of pieces available to view and try on. Please note that not all pieces are available for in-person viewing. If there is a specific piece that you would like to see, please use the contact form on our website ahead of your visit.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Immediate availability and lead times are listed on each product page. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. If your order needs to be produced for you, the item will ship as soon as it is ready within the lead time specified.
All shipments are made using a fully insured priority service, which means someone will need to be available to sign for the package. Please use the contact form on our website if you need additional delivery coordination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, NYC Jewelry ships to many destinations worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination.
Order Details
Can I change my order after purchase?
Please use the contact form on our website about any changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase or as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to change it.
Do you offer repair / resize services?
Repair and resize services are available on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out through the contact form on our website with your order number, a picture of your piece, and the details of your desired repair / resize.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Online Returns:
- To begin the online return process, please use the contact form on our website to request a return label. Please note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
Refunds:
- Items can be refunded within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in perfect condition.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- After the initial 10 days, items can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
- Returns for exchange or credit must be made within 30 days of delivery.
